Since its very beginning, training x transmission in psychoanalysis holds the discussion between its specific ruling and uniformity or its freedom and singularity. In this study, the possibilities of freedom and singularity are related to the work at the institutional group about the fourth axis (added to the classic tripod of the analytical training, exchanges and experiences in the institution). The experience of a joint creation, every semester, of the seminar spreadsheets at the Institute of the Brazilian Psychoanalytical Society of Porto Alegre (Eitingon Model) is briefly described by the institutional group. This experience is considered to allow the work in the fourth axis in this specific Institute, strengthening the democratic relations in the institution and enhancing the possibilities of freedom and uniqueness in the psychoanalysis transmission.
