The chronic patients live changes in their activities and must adapt and confront their disease. Becoming ill, generatesconsequences different in men and women in as they are seen and they seen others. The objective ot the present investigation it was to identiiy and to describe to lhe changes and adjustments that men and women perceive with respect to the sort and family when he is coexisted with chronic-degenerative patients. 112 questionnaires to people were applied who were or had a relative with a degenera tive chronic disease.
