This work consisted of interviewing 120 patients who go to the Instituto Nacional de Perinatología (Inper) in Mexico with antecedent of perinatal loss appellant (pgr) within the three first months of happened the last loss, in order to detect the more frequent group of symptoms associated to this situation. The interview was realized in the Department of Psychology, same that was derived from the Clínica Especializada de Riesgo Pregestacional (cerp) and to those who one treats to establish the risk level for a following pregnancy. The results mainly throw the presence of group of symptoms corresponding to anxiety upheavals, of the dream and of the feeding, and of depressive group of symptoms. To a lesser extent it is observed another type of symptoms and alterations. Unlike other works in literature such group of symptoms can here be explained through medical treatment that the Institute offers.
