Abstract

FLORES, José de Jesús Vargas; REYES, Edilberta Joselina Ibáñez  and  LIRA, María Luisa Hernández. La familia como contexto en la construcción de las emociones. Altern. psicol. [online]. 2012, vol.16, n.27, pp. 54-66. ISSN 1405-339X.

The emotion construction is one of the most important subjects in psychology. This subject has been discussed and analyzed since the beginning of psychology as a scientific discipline. In this work, the emotion is analyzed from the Murray Bowen's family theory perspective. The emotion is discussed as a general subject in psychology and then it's framed in the family context. For this analysis the differentiation concept and its related concepts are important, such as the fusion and emotional cutoff. A discussion is presented and also application proposals are given, all in clinical applied psychology.

Keywords : Emotion; family; familiar therapy; differentiation; fusion; emotional cutoff.
