The objective of this study is to investigate the perception of the quality of professional life in health workers, both public and private, in three province of Cuyo (Argentina). There is an exploratory transversal study and not experimental; the sample consists of 60 men and 71 women. The CVP-5, selfapplied questionnaire was used to evaluate the quality of professional life. The results allow to detect differences between groups in the scales of the questionnaire study. It would be important to continue investigations in other provinces of our country to establish comparisons and take preventative action.
