This work consisted of exploring what is the level of psychological malaise presented and displayed by an user group when to ask for private psychological services for them or some relative, the exploration was realized through General Questionnaire of Health of Goldberg short version of 15 items during the first contact or of beginning. The results threw differences between asking for psychological service for them and for some relative, the great majority does not present and display a significant puntaje, especially in those cases in that the demand of the service is for some near relative.
