One of the University more important roles, together with the teaching and the knowledge production, is its effective insert in the wider community, especially, in its welcome community. The proposal of the Lutheran University of Brazil (ULBRA), through the Psychology Course is, exactly, develop the binomial teaching-service, of wide way, in the community of Canoas, where is inserted. All of the offered services by the course (since the ones of clinical performance even the ones of social-community performance), subsidized by the teaching laboratories, will be, now, directed to community’s integral assistance. This article presents the project integrated of the Psychology Course at the Campus Canoas, contemplating the engagement of permanent integration university - community. Many needs were already identified, especially in the city needy areas. The proposals for punctual intervention of services are presented by modules, according with the distinct groups-target. The proposal development contemplates the beginning of a partnership and collaboration with municipal district representative organs, as well as with the inhabitants, since the needs definition and identification of resources , until the programs implementation.
