Abstract

This text offers subsidies that can contribute for the discussion about the validity of psychological tests. The philosophical and statistical basis are presented in order to offer support for an open and objective debate on the validity of psychological tests. Contributions and/or critiques to this text are required. Thus, it is suggested an active posture before the transformations and demands to this extremely relevant question in the field of psychologist's professional practice.
