The article puts in doubt issues presented by a training supervisor in her effort to unstabilize the crystallized images that prevent us seeing the real in its novelty. Some questions as: What are the petrified images that her students and herself bring from school? What creations are possible to take the school focus, over coming the same contours, the same school common-place? What does not the intelligence see, feel in the training field? How to make the student look with the body, using the intuitions, the sensations circumscribe the raised issues as well as the theoretical ways found to produce a visionary facet on supervising.
