Abstract

The following text presents a project of educational psychology developed in an organization no governmental that acts in the field of the art and culture, in João Pessoa, as well as it’s activities and the analysis of the results. The project was aimed at the upgrading of the educational work, in a context of educators’ formation. They were accomplished monthly meetings and institutional seminars focusing the processes daily lived for coordinators, educators and support professionals. The group identified the actions that were blocking the collective construction of the pedagogic project, finding, in some instituted practices, the main difficulties: the exercise of the coordination and direction functions; the circulation / interdiction of information; the financing agreements that interfered in the educational dynamics. They were defined strategies of organization of the school, being recognized the limits, the possibilities and the active forces in the space of the practices.
