The current study characterized one interdisciplinary treatment center of clefts lip and or palate, detaching the demographic profile, cleft type, the description of the attendance and the psychosocial situation. It was adopted the documentary method with 218 patients records. The results showed association between the presence of familiar antecedents and masculine gender as well as other details that contribute in the qualification of the actions of the involved health team.
