Abstract

PAULA, Marina Pinto de  and  MELLO NETO, Gustavo Adolfo Ramos. The identification that effect of the translation process of original seduction. Aletheia [online]. 2013, n.42, pp. 153-163. ISSN 1413-0394.

The purpose that presents is to provide an understanding on identification based on the Generalized Seduction Theory by Jean Laplanche. With this aim, a detailed examination of Freud’s work is done regarding this concept. With this exam, identification, such as Freud proposes, is reread and suggested as a process which interprets sexual messages given out by the adult to the child. The purpose of this article is the relationship of Freudian identification with the Theory of Generalized Seduction of Laplanche, which resulted in seeing the identification as the effect, i.e., one of the results of the translation that the child makes about enigmatic messages transmitted by the adult.

Keywords : Identification; Traduction; Theory of Generalized Seduction.
