Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe content validation of an anti-bullying intervention to be conducted by nurses within the school context. The Anti-bullying Health Intervention and Education Program (AHIEP) was elaborated considering evidences from national and international literature. The Delphi method was used to validate the program. A total of 11 nurses specialized on school violence and bullying participated on the study. The results indicated that at the first round the specialists agreed on 100% to the majority of the domains and recommendations that formed the AHIEP. Even the domain concerning the participation of the nurse at the school’s planning, which presented partial agreement, was above 80% agreement between the specialists. It is possible to conclude that the proposed program covers the possibilities of action of the nurse to prevent and confront bullying in a school environment.
