Results: It was found that in both approaches the OCD presents difficulties in the treatment, specifically in relation to the techniques used by the Cognitive and Behavioral approaches. Conclusions: In the academic context, this discussion highlights the need for the cognitive therapist to study behavioral analysis, since he will use techniques based on Behavior Analysis.
