Yoga is a millenar integrative and complementary practice used for health promotion. This study aims at verify the alteration of the level of perceived stress because of the yoga practice and to understand what perceptions workers have about this practice and its health impacts. The research was done with 8 workers, of both sexes of average age ±42. To evaluate the perceived stress, the Perceived Stress Scale - EPS10 was used. An open question was used to verify worker’s perceptions. Eight sessions of 30 minutes of yoga practice were performed at the end of each work day. The results showed that there was no change in the level of perceived stress. The categories of analysis found were: benefits for the body; benefits for the mind; change of mood at the end of class.
