This study aimed to analyze the subjectivity expression modes of young gamers in social networks and their relationships with health, using the netnographic method. Eight young people were interviewed on the facebook social network, in communities related to the Playstation 4. The analysis showed the following categories: written communication, group interest, aggressiveness, image and semblance valorization, signaling ways of inhabiting the cyber space. Such dimensions should be considered when planning public policies and health promotion actions focused on the reality of young gamers, having as support the principles of peace culture and respect for differences, in search of the development of healthy spaces for the expression of singularities.
