Abstract

This experience report seeks to express some aspects of the work of Psychology in a general hospital that resulted from living as a multiprofessional resident in an adult hospitalization unit. In order to provoke a reflection between the possibilities and limits found in living work in the area of health that occurs in the territories of high complexity. For that, I bring in this article a little of the lived in this institution, referencing some lines that crossed this path during the consultations. I use my narratives recorded in a field diary, and I highlight some fragments of dialogues that occurred from the perceptions, meetings and movements, allowing to glimpse the inseparability between work in health and the subjective dimension present in the productive acts of care.
