This work wants to think the student's supervision, questioning the objects and the relations stabilized like natural in the development of this activity in the lasts years on the psychologist's formation. Intends to show the "tricks" of supervision, understood in the assistance continuity moments of their requirements and in formalization of their proceeds. A distinct relation can be produced, when the models of supervisor and student are interested in to get the formation as a process. The supervision's arrangement occurs, when we understand the immanent plan about meetings as a place of desconstructions and discontinuities, at the same time, which initiates feelings and virtualizes institutions. It is a radical perspectivism that will be able to catch a glimpse about the kinds of becoming in the psychologist's formation, changing the supervision - invention as a possible to this field.
