This work approaches three issues which are necessarily related to one another: the institutionalized violence, the impunity and the production of subjectivities. Analyzing the violence perpetrated by the State officials, we also refer to the impunity upon which such violations rely. These questions lead us to present, in this work, both a clinical treatment conducted with the persons which are directly or indirectly affected by the institutionalized violence as well as the possibilities to create other ways of life and existence. Such ways emphasize the overcoming of the suffered violations through the signalling of different historical and social breakthroughs such as, the struggle against impunity
