The objective is to circumscribe the foundation of psychological evaluation, bringing emphasis upon the advent of Modern Science, which has permitted to think psychical dynamics in mathematical greatness. The intention is to differentiate two modes of psychical diagnosis procedure and to alert that an ethical posture should be undertaken throughout a diagnosis evaluation or, otherwise, it will produce social representatives which transform man into "shadow" objects. The fruition of the treatment, however, requires a prior construction of knowledge of the illness and of the patient. In aprioristic circumstances, the accent befalls upon a psychic trace of life, revealing a functioning mode, when the psychic affection, captured by objectivity, countersigns the psychological instruments in use. On the other hand, focusing on subjective arrangements, the existence of a psychic structure is not revealed a priori, it should be postulated. Therefore, for this reason, we can only formulate a structural diagnosis at the end of a treatment. Consideration should also be given to the intervention of the subjectivity of the evaluator in the evaluation process. Thus, it is necessary to capture the "invisible". Caution is fundamental in order to avoid rushing into the formulation of a nosological picture as the translation of a psychic state. Reticence has its value as it warns the clinic not to reduce pulsating subjectivity into scientific objectivity. By the way, the intention is investigate the subjective structure the prisoner in a prison.
