The mobbing is a complex global phenomenon that have many causes. It refers to violent behaviors that aim to humiliate, reject and cause psychological harms a harassed individual or group, in work context. Due the potential to cause psychological damage and illness at work, may demands psychological interventions. In this way, the present paper aims to identify if psychologist, when working in the company, confront, and what their psychological interventions are. For this purpose, we intended to comprehend what u these professionals understand about mobbing in labor relations. We conducted a qualitative study with an exploratory design approach. Seven psychologists were interviewed, recruited by convenience. Data were processed by content analysis. The results showed that psychologists use preventive, but specific and isolated, psychological interventions, as well as reactive interventions, characterized by resignation, maintaining physical distance between those involved in the case of harassment and monitoring the behavior of the offender, after initial conversation. It was also observed that: psychologists adequately understand bullying as a phenomenon that humiliates and is perpetuated by managers, featuring abuse of hierarchical power.
