This article presents the difference between diagnosis oriented by structure and clinical phenomenon, which we propose as a disoriented diagnosis. Using psychoanalysis as a model of an oriented diagnostic regulated by the structure that reveals the structural position of each subject in relation of sex, desire, law, anguish and death, we question the orientation adopted by most healthy services - if there is anything that we can call orientation.
