Abstract

ANTONELLO, Diego Frichs  and  GONDAR, Jô. And when there are no logical threads?. Cad. psicanal. [online]. 2014, vol.36, n.30, pp. 89-112. ISSN 1413-6295.

The aim of this article is to present the writing of testimony as a means of exit for the traumatic event, an issue that bypasses the representative processes proposed in Freudian theory. For this reason, we seek to widen the concept of memory, as in Letter 52, assuming as background the concepts of traumatic neurosis, pain and figurability. These concepts are connected to the need to write, highlighted in the literature of testimony. The language of the sensitive and the denial, as proposed by Ferenczi, helps us to understand the writing of testimony as a creative way of dealing with trauma and also as a protective mechanism against the indifference of the other.

Keywords : Trauma; writing; testimony; non-representable; Psychoanalysis.
