The analytical work with borderline patients inspired above all by the teachings of Winnicott and Green, leads us to expand the idea of 'constructions in analysis', which is a concept examined in the text. Then, it is suggested a clinic 'per via di porre' where nothing resembles the use of suggestion, and aims to focus on the construction of a psychic topic. Such a clinic may be enhanced by the management of enactments, a concept that is clarified in the text. A clinical case illustrates these ideas.
