Abstract

KLEIN, Thais; HERZOG, Regina; VERZTMAN, Júlio Sergio  and  PINHEIRO, Teresa. The anguish in the current neuroses: an issue for contemporary clinic?. Cad. psicanal. [online]. 2016, vol.38, n.35, pp. 49-64. ISSN 1413-6295.

The instigation that led to this article concerns the status of anguish observed in a significant part of subjects attended by NEPECC (UFRJ). We'll seek to highlight the specificity of this affection in the current neuroses, especially with respect to the interface between an intensive invasion and a lack of psychic elaboration. Our goal is to examine the hypothesis that anguish neurosis can contribute to a greater understanding of this affection in some types of psychological distress we face nowadays.

Keywords : Anguish; Current neuroses; Psychoanalysis; Contemporaneity.
