TUCCI, Flora. Cratylus and Ferenczi: a reflection on language. Cad. psicanal. [online]. 2020, vol.42, n.43, pp. 207-223. ISSN 1413-6295.

The main goal of this article is to take the platonic dialogue "Cratylus" as grounding for reflections about language in Ferenczi's work. For this, we take as main interlocutor Jô Gondar's article "As coisas nas palavras. Ferenczi e a linguagem" (GONDAR, 2010), that explores Cratylus's discussion about the distinction between a conventional thesis about language and a natural thesis about language. Gondar approaches Ferenczi's work with the natural thesis. The present article intends to explore this approach and tries to further progresson, bringing to question the possibility of something more hybrid, lighting up both dimensions in Ferenczi's works about language: natural and conventional.
