The study of the organizational climate is an important tool for diagnosis and understanding of organizations, supplying subsidies to future improvements. This work aimed to measure the climate organizational according to Psychology teachers’ opinion in an university of São Paulo State. The sample consisted in 20 subjects from Psychology course, selected in an equiprobabilistic way. Three instruments were used: A Questionnaire of Identification, the Organizational Climate Questionnaire of Kolb and the Organizational Climate Descriptive Questionnaire - OCDQ (Forms IV). The results showed that the role of the direction exercises influence in the teachers’ perception. The teachers evaluated the Psychology climate’ as paternal-controlled and they showed high level of dissatisfaction.
