Abstract

Assisted freedom is a social-educational measure that has the purpose of reintegrating the violator teenager in the society and, as a criterion for this condition, this teenager must be attending in a regular school. Therefore, this work investigated the possible difficulties which were identified by the teachers in the relationship with these students in Assisted Freedom condition. The eight teachers of both genders who participated in this research, working with students in Assisted Freedom, who were previously aware of the student’s legal condition, were asked to answer a questionnaire with 12 questions individually. The information obtained was analized quantitative and qualitatively. The results indicate that the teachers have difficulties in the relationship with the violator teenager, which emphasize the necessity of guidance to these teachers, in adition more investment in researches related to this problem.
