This article analyses some practices of the Tutelary Councils that strengthen management arrangements of the existence. It also looks at problematizing resistances of children and youngsters face power relations exercised by social workers that trigger administrative practices to manage the bodies, through the government of the everyday's life. This resistances work out through the political management of deviations from standards and exercises of oppositions, that can be found in record files archived in the Tutelary Council.
