The human comprehension process and its development perspectives can be analyzed from several perspectives and under philosophical-theoretical regards, considering natural and human sciences. In this article, it is proposed to present the conceptions of four basic authors - Skinner, Piaget, Vigotsky and Wallon - which influenced decisively the human comprehensions along the XX century. The main objective is to present the authors, its theories and the main influences of it inside the schools. It begins with the concepts of J. B. Skinner and J. Piaget (representatives of the natural sciences) and it carries on with the concepts of L.S. Vigotsky and H. Wallon (representatives of the human sciences). On the process of presenting the theories and its educations relations, the article discuss the pedagogical implications of these theories within schools.
