The difficulties of talented individuals may be showed, under the social-emotional perspective because they have, many times, chronological and intellectual asynchrony. The no recognition of their differences by parents, school, society, and themselves can take them to have actions that aren't according their potentials, and they can be ignored without educational and psychological orientation. This essay presents the movie Good Will Hunting as source of analysis for the emotional characteristics of the talented individuals . The results indicate that there may be various individuals with the same emotional profile and the difficulties presented by the character.
