Abstract

FERREIRA, Adriano Charles  and  ROSSO, Ademir José. The Structure of social representations of students from 9th grade on indiscipline. Psicol. educ. [online]. 2013, n.37, pp. 15-29. ISSN 1414-6975.

This paper analyzes students' social representations of school indiscipline according to the Abric structural approach, under the light of Piaget's moral development. Information was collected through questionnaires applied to 402 students in the 9th year in four State elementary schools in Ponta Grossa, Paraná. Data analysis follows quantitative procedures with content analysis. These students' representations point to disrespect and mess as the most probable central nucleus, indicating representations of a moral and functional basis of heteronomous tendency.

Keywords : school indiscipline; autonomy; altruism.
