MORO, Adriano  y  SOUSA, Clarilza Prado de. The justice in the school environment: the vision of pedagogy students. Psicol. educ. [online]. 2014, n.39, pp. 63-73. ISSN 1414-6975.

The present study aims to understand the Pedagogy graduands social representations about justice - constituent content of the ethics as a Transversal Theme. Whereas quality education goes beyond cognitive performance measured by tests which evaluates proficiency in Portuguese language and Mathematics, this research intends to ponder over a value education based on ethics preconized by the National Curricular Parameters (NCPs) and the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA). Identifying the graduands justice social representations can give us elements to ponder over the competence of these future teachers with regard to an ethics principles education which stimulates the consideration and critical analysis of value. One hundred and forty graduands answered to a questionnaire composed of 11 school quotidian circumstance questions, as well as a profile questionnaire, and the collected data were processed and analyzed employing the ALCESTE software. The answers did not express a direct and effective action aiming to give a solution to the cases. Regarding the social representations, we verified that the graduands are inclined to represent one's right to have justice, nevertheless without a definite anchorage, what leads to the evidence of a naturalness of this right.
