Abstract

In follow the institutional psychologist working in two of the schools: one elementary and a special unit, discusses the issue of medicalisation in education, intersectoral linkages with health and special education, aiming to analyze the relations of power from the (dis) encounters between health workers and education ones at school, and focus among these tensions and the families of students in the form of demands and school referrals. Medicalisation is discussed in through relations with special school when working with a neuropediatric diagnosis of autism assigned to a pre-teen student. The theoretical framework is that of institutional analysis and studies of the philosophy of difference, relying primarily with the concept like control (Deleuze) and governmentality (Foucault). Veiga-Neto subsidizes us to question in (micro) public policy the social production of an exclusive inclusion. In the methodology were privileged analyzers devices of formal meetings between professionals, evaluation reports and referrals focalizing, among other aspects, (1) the movements of professionals and of the student problematizing and breakthrough the order of diagnoses, and (2) the question of local/general accessibility of special school. The medical welfare dependency control of school life is not only in teaching and care of the other - student, but doubles as self care in labor relations, and its prophylactic tone implies the preventive containment of youth and future of all.
