This paper describes the author’s experience with the Omega Projective Test, used as an auxiliary instrument for orientability diagnose in Vocational Guidance. Case studies are used to demonstrate the. rnanner in which this test is useful for the understanding of conflicts envolved in the process of deciding about future careers.
