The objective of this paper is to comment on the matter of the Formation of Professional Guidance Specialists in Brazil through brief considerations and also to give an account of an experience which has been increasing with success, achieved by the Course of Formation in Professional Guidance - 'The facility of the choice' - organised by theThe 'Being Institute' - Psychology and Psychopedagogy of São Paulo. The experience with the creation and development of the Course of Formation will be exposed as well as its unfold, the Course Specialising in Professional Guidance - accomplished by ex-students of the Formation Course.
