The intention of this work is to expose some reflections of the main aspects that should be taken into account to the formation of a professional who will facilitate the choice of a profession or occupation to other people within their own reality. In the author’s view these aspects turn to three basic angles from which all of the others derive: 1) a solid theoretical-technical basis; 2) a clear definition of the man’s position in the world, and 3) the resolution of his own conflicts according to his choice.
