This paper pretends to provide some informations about the 37th Congress of Traffic Psychology at Braunschweig - Germany - September 1998. Some important points were: the massive presence of male psychologists, about 4/5, the interdisciplinar trend, the treatment of all modalities of traffic and transport, the high number of university professors presenting papers, the presentation of various new driver-tests particularly a multitest computer aided model with simulation by the Wiener VerkehrsKuratorium, emphasis on behavior psychotherapy for drivers, with a follow-up of several years, the presentation of traffic psychology on Internet, insistence on strategies to extend the use of public transport, and education for agressive and stressed drivers. Besides these Congress subjects the fine educational editions of the Traffic Education Center for the city of Braunschweig merits full attention. It was mentioned also that Germany received its new Traffic Code December 1997.
