Neuropsychology, as a science, developed a lot during the past decades but only recently attracted the attention of clinical psychologists. The challenge of the team work proportionate new jobs and opened the perspectives for psychologists. The development of Neuropsychology helped to improve the work of Psychology together with Neurology Groups. The present article aims to discuss the basic principles of the neuropsychological assessment applied to Epilepsy Surgery Programs. We particularly discuss the practical aspects of the work of the psychologist based on 14 years of experience in research and clinical assessments with neurological impairments patients.
