Having taken a clinical case as a source of questions, in this article it is investigated the mental processes by which potencialities and gifts from the subject are blocked, since his original figures don’t invest him with constructive affects and he needs that to develop those gifts. This study deals with the idea of an almost eternal delay in the assumption of ego resources to accomplish subject desire. It offers a kind of a new perspective about ego inhibitions, theme very well developped by freudian and kleinian authors.
