The heterosexual risk practices maintenance produces the increase of cases of Aids in people without other risk practices except sexual relations. This study aims to investigate and understand the social representations of health personal who work with HIV/Aids, their professional practice and the risk in their work and in their life, observing their high level of information. The results have shown that the knowledge about Aids is used at work and not in their lives. The use of condom is not compatible with their daily life, as a consequence of cultural and historical processes. Safe sex isn’t present in health personal life, until this moment.
