This article is part of the masters’ degree dissertation and it shows the interventions made as a psychologist in a public nursery school of Florianópolis, consequence of the observations and experience as a researcher in the school. The question that encouraged this author to go beyond the role of a researcher and to help the professionals change stagnant situations which interfere in the well being of the children was the following: how could we observe situations which interfere negatively in the well being of the children and wait until it would be possible to come back with the results of the research? Therefore the interventions were a necessary during the research.
