Through the comprehension of time as one instant and another or as the duration of life, and the view of health as physical, psychological and social well being, it is possible to analyse the dynamic of individuals in order to understand the biological, psychological and social aspect of human beings. His way, the present article inserts a recent knowledge area in the study of Psychologu, chronobiology, that studies the temporal characteristics of organisms, in all their organization levels, and the temporal relationship organisms with enviranment. Chronobiology, in the sense that it privileges time, interests those who attribute essential value to the dynamics of the biological, psychological and social individuals processes and, therefore, try to collaborate with the physical, psychological and social health of these individuals. Therefore, the aim of chronobiology is to publicize this area and understand how this aproach can be aplied and can contribute to Psychology knowledge.
