In this study we try to understand how death and dying are experienced in an institution that assists people with cerebral palsy, since three children who were assisted there died. We did semi-structured recorded interviews with professionals, seeking to understand how they deal with death, how they elaborate the losses and how they inform their patients about the death of a close person.
