This artiche shows the conception and operation of the assembly of patients from the Center of Psychosocial Attention for the Child and Adolescent (Capsi) - in Betim in the State of Minas Gerais. The Capsi attends children and adolescents with psychosis, autism and serious neurosis and the assembly is one of the forms of treatment. The assembly is a space where the participants use the word as a way of expression, introducing in the Capsi other ways to treat serious patients (in crisis or out of crisis). The assembly also helps with reflexions about the clinic. Lastly, the proposition of this space of conversation called assembly is to enable through words what the person would manifest in acts.
