The suffering was partially overcome through agreements that took place within the group of workers, so they could better face the difficulties related to case conducts and to other social actors’ interactions. The intervention has mainly contributed to create a confidence space, where the agents could discuss, think and look for group and individual responses to overcome the elements related to the reality of work.
