Abstract

SELAIBE, Mara. Between body and word. Psyche (Sao Paulo) [online]. 2004, vol.8, n.13, pp. 33-41. ISSN 1415-1138.

This article presents and discusses the implication of sense in symbolization processes through the interplay of transference and counter-transference in a clinical sequence. One can particularly follow the emergence of an interpretation and a dream and its derivative elaboration. In psychoanalytical terms, we consider the irreducible fissure as well as the ties between body and language - as a result of the detachment of the maternal universe made by the psychic subject while constructing his own psychosexuality.

Keywords : Sense; Symbolization process; Body; Mouth; Transference/contratranference; Dream; Language; Psychosexuality.
