Patients that passed through non-attuned experiences in their first childhood are unable to construct a sufficiently organized mind to deal with intrusive situations. In the case that will be presented, affects are not recognized neither experimented while traumatisms might be felt only within the reconstruction o analysis. The psychoanalytical process seems to follow a psychical gestation where counter-transference is the main therapeutic tool: perception of the psycho-analyst disorganizations in the session endows him with notion about the impossibilities of transformations in the patient mind.
