If fantasy, in neurosis, provides such impossibility, delusion in psychosis, is an effort to respond a non- assimilating trauma. In the first case, psychic system is symbolized constituting the mental apparatus whereas, in the second, there is the repetition of non-assimilation of something related to Other’s action on subjective body. From clinical experience, this paper tries to consider failure in original repression and the non establishment of fantasy in psychosis. It also highlights what Freud calls cure attempt in psychosis, meaning delusion production in order to outline traumatic Real.
