We relate the clinical management of acute cases in a research aimed at the creation of a Therapeutic Accompaniment implementation proposal in the program of the Occupational Therapy in the crisis Unit of a Mental Health Public Hospital. In this work we utilized a theoretical interface between two different conceptions: the winnicottian concepts of creative potential and action in the world, and other formularizations brought by authors who reflect on the actions of the psychosocial rehabilitation and the social notion of reestablishing possibilities of inclusion of mental disorders in the processes of social exchanges and interchanges.
